November 2017 & March 2018
In-depth political study tour to Palestine/Israel
When: Eleven days in November 2017 and again in March 2018
Where: Palestine/Israel
Details: Starting in Bethlehem, travel will take participants to different geographical areas – the Mediterranean coastline, the Judean and Negev Deserts, the Jordan Valley and the Galilee. Core analysis is provided by ICAHD’s Jeff Halper and offers outstanding opportunities to meet ICAHD partner organisations and inspiring people who work on the cutting edge. Look at issues concerning housing rights, refugees, mental and physical health, education, travel restrictions, settlements and closures, legal representation and more. Gain insight on the elements required for obtaining a just and sustainable solution for both Palestinians and Israelis. Learn about what brings hope to the locals and what they want us to do when we get home.
The cost of £1090 per person includes the full eleven-day tour programme staying at good three-star hotels at half-board (bed, breakfast and evening meal), sharing a twin-bedded room with ensuite facilities, guidance from the tour leader, other day-guides and tips. Flights, lunches and travel insurance are not included. Participants are provided with personal guidance to help prepare them for the tour so that they get the most from this trip of a life-time.
